Each person's job
- Cayla: builds the booth with Ved and presents the 2-min Elaris story. Talking points from Dylan by Wed 14 Oct.
- Ved: builds the booth with Cayla: poster or tri-fold, session photos, IG QR. Leads when Cayla is on a break.
- Zong Yu: logistics + materials. Buy list by Sun 18 Oct, brings everything, leads setup and pack-down.
- Xuan Yi: on the booth with Cayla, greets people walking past.
- Chin Hao, Elodie, Hao Ming: setup at 1 pm, then cover the booth in turns. Elodie leaves at 4.
- Everyone: when you're free, walk the other booths and take photos together. Anyone on the booth can present to visitors, not just Cayla.
Before the day
- Wed 14 Oct: everyone replies ok to their role. Dylan submits the YFC form and sends Cayla the talking points.
- Sun 18 Oct: buy list (Zong Yu) + poster draft (Cayla, Ved).
- Sun 25 Oct: items bought. We pay with our own money, not the YFC money, so keep receipts and we split it after.
- Thu 29 Oct: 15-min call to run through the day.
